anyone got any ideas for a better seat for a bandit 1250, dont really fancy the suzuki gel seat.

Get a sheepskin and strap it on over the standard seat.

he can alter and remodel your seat to the requirements you want, even if you want to change the style to suit you, add gel pads, heated pads etc.

I used a sheepskin off-cut strapped to my seat for my recent trip to mongolia, rode with it all through europe, but in the end it lived in my bag, perhaps it was because i was riding in jeans but i did not get along with it, probably did increase my endurance slightly, but left me feeling more numb than without in the end.

i have a Sargent seat on my VFR and reccomend it highly. not cheap but what price do you put on comfort? i was fine after a 400mile day and happy to get back on next day

I'll be getting an aftermarket seat for my GSX1250FA soon and from my research it seems the Sargent seat is the most widely liked for long distance comfort.
