Not just hands in the till either INTENTIONAL FRAUD.

Quote:
She claimed nearly her entire annual allowance in one bogus expense entry and forged invoices for more than £20,000 of non-existent goods and services.

And she got away with it too. AND is allowed to keep all the stuff she got from the fraud too.

Where is the justice?

It makes me more angry my company tax is due shortly Sad

Come on, is it really so surprising. A law unto themselves, as usual. I heard talk of this on the radio today with the DJ saying it was ridiculous and some bint saying "well the prison are full and what would jailing her solve?"

Channel four did a bit of a sting on Margaret Moran.

At the original trial her lawyers argued she was suffering from severe depression so wasn't fit to stand at that time, there were photos of her looking really rather terrible and bedraggled to support it.

A few days later she turned up to a jon interview dressed professionaly and looking perfectly normal, only it was a channel 4 news crew advertising a bogus lobbyists job.

Margaret Moran is not to be trusted, I remember seeing her speak on Question Time and even then thinking (as you tend to do with most of them0; she's a wrong 'un, as some might say.

The most recent scandal is this one:

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/maria-miller-expenses-inquiry-launched-by-watchdog-8412927.html

She has the full support of David Cameron, usually the kiss of death in these cases.

Former Labour MP Margaret Moran is so mentally ill she would have to be restrained in order to leave her house, a court heard as she was sentenced for fiddling her expenses.

What's the betting she now makes a miraculous recovery?

hopefully someone will decide they cant let it go and will go after her in the civil courts,.......... possibly? maybe?
She needs to go to prison and the old boys network needs to stop protecting her.
I`ll bet if the judge was really determined , he could of given her a prison sentence.

The Bitch got away with it Twisted Evil

Perhaps she could sell her second home, that we've paid for, to pay back the money she stole...

But guys...since she committed that awful and calculated crime, she has got caught and is now suffering the mental illness.

Bless.

What's a poor judge to do but, let her off.
