Started my own business selling parts, can I advertise them?

Hi, basically started my own business selling parts. Am I allowed to list them in the for sale section? Would be like a weekly/fortnightly update with a list of what bikes I have parts for etc.
Could also give some sort of discount to BCF members?

10% is what I was thinking. Dont have much space so want quick turn around on everything anyway. Who is the chief that has to give me permission?
