Laughing Reminded me of landsharking back in the old MoHAA days. I should really play some more modern games.

Haha I remember doing that! First real online gaming I did. To be honest nothing has matched the fun I had back then so I wouldn't really bother with games today. Not console gaming at least.

Kids these days. I played Quake - not QuakeWorld, but Quake - over dialup. No prediction, no lag compensation, and with the low bandwidth available, the other players would teleport around the screen then you'd find yourself dead before you knew it.
