Another random thread, but just wondering if anyone out there has any weird allergies

My only allergy so far is rough haired dogs, I can be around normal haired dogs however the rough hair irritates my skin, causing it to swell up and develop a rash.

Hydraulic fluid, kind of now. Very mild dermatitis I think but I use gloves 99% of the time.

I know people with allergies of everything from nuts to penicillin. Grew up in households where everything was dettoled to fuck.

On and off hayfever, some years it doesn't really affect me, others I wake up with shit in my eyes and constant sneezing throughout the day. Is really hit and miss.

Penicillin as well I've found, I ended up head to toe in a rash on January 1st years ago

Ok I think I can top it all for the oddest allergy. I'm allegric to allergy tablets. No kidding. Took some once for hayfever and broke out in the most almighty rash you ever did see. Did it a few times before I went to the doctors about it, who said "you are an odd one aren't you"...... yeah, thanks Doc, is that your final diagnosis then?! So she prescribed me some different allergy tablets, still did the same, so I just persevered with the hayfever. Luckily it went away when I moved out of Carlisle.

Which is weird, because 'science' suggests this isn't the case.

However, the rather noticeable rash (quite close to Meningitis symptoms) went away when I stopped using it, but has at other times when say staying in a hotel (will tend to take my own sheets these days.)

Also pure caesin seems to do my guts in a bit.
