Has anyone tried?

Are the results any good and no damage to bike?

Cheers BCF'ers.

I reckon it would be pretty good. I've got a little one that I used to clean up some kitchen cupboards that had a lot of dried on grease that would have been tough to shift without it.

A steam cleaner is real deep cleen stuff though, not sure I'd bother.

Easier to just use a stiff brush, a sponge, detergent, and rinse off with lots of water.

I know that you are not supposed to use dish detergent, due to bleach or salt in it, but I dont think its too bad.

Hopefully through research, and not the hard way...
