Who am I?

Thought i'd put a slight spin on a game we play at work when it's seriously slow; the idea is you guess who the person setting the questions has in mind, based on them being 'famous' and that generally means a household name but from only 3 facts about them.
2clues can be given if its a 'good/obscure' one.

E.g,
1) male
2) virtually always in a suit
3) British nationality

P.s, with film animated characters are as valid as actors or their screen names the principle is they are or were famous.
