Take the mirror off.

You'll probably see underneath a bolt/screw that you'll need to tighten. Hopefully its similar to the ones on my old Daytona (aftermarket fold ups) and you'll tighten that bolt/screw underneath, it will grip more and more. Don't do it too tight though. Also..don't fully undo it. Makes for fun rebuilding.

I have a similar problem with mine but not to the same extent yet. I did a bit of googling a while back to find a solution and this was the best I found:

I've not tried it yet though - not really ridden the bike anywhere long enough to be frustrated by it enough to go out in the cold and get the tools out, so it's stayed as is for now.

arry, the mirrors look different for the 955 sprints to ours. I'm hoping it will be a similar mechanism though!
