I'm an all weather rider, but I know how you feel.

However, I went out for a few hours yesterday in the mild weather, and there were bloody loads of bikes out. Good to see they weren't all hiding under a blanket for the winter.

Is that the first of the Gen 2's or the last of the Gen 1's? I had a K7 (gen 1) and loved it. I was thinking of upgrading to the newer ones but I wimped out as it was only a matter of time before I lost my license/went to jail. They are too easy to speed on!!

I bought my K5 several months ago and it has pretty much rained constantly since. Only had the odd good days. Really annoyed me.

I just took it out anyway to get it out of my system. Now I have done that I am not too bothered and at the begining of December I put it away for winter and bought out my winter hack.

I picked my first grown-up bike on Nov. 24 and just noticed I've put over 1,000 miles on it so far. Not bad, considering the weather, but it hasn't been a pleasant thousand miles...
