I hereby offer my confession to the holy BCF.
Over the festive period I did watch from end to end 'Love Actually'.
I did pretend to Mrs P that I enjoyed it.
In my defence I hand previously partaken of a liver cripperlying quantity of Tenants Super, and having spent Christmas day hooning around on the Fazer decided that thwarting Mrs Ps viewing choices would not be 'politic'.

I therefore crave thy forgiveness with all my heart.

I should despise that film but can't stop myself liking it.

Can't blame you for that one as the festive TV has been shit as usual. Rolling Eyes Think I will ask if I can also repeat my TV licence next year as they keep repeating the programs. Laughing

Mary Poppins is on today. Twisted Evil

Although I did feel a pang of grief when I missed Bedknobs and Broomsticks the other day though.

I have watched this year. Bridget Jones (Last night). Alice in Wonderland. Madagascar 2. Chronicles of narnia.

And several other kiddy movies.

Watching Dr Strangelove for the first time.

Nuclear shit is terrifying, even in a comedy context.

I downloaded the first series of Xena warrior princess on a whim, but it now seems much more painfully camp than I remembered - and only managed to watch one episode so far.

Love Actually is one of my guilty pleasures.

Mama Mia on the other hand; any person involved in the making of that film should be killed.

I'm tempted to include any children of those involved as well, just in case there's some sort of genetic problem with the lineage, it would be best to eliminate from the gene pool anybody who might try to produce similar out put in the future.

Thumbs Up

I was like that until my ex made me watch it Laughing

Then I stayed up and watched the rest of it with her mum after she'd fallen asleep on me, instead of going up to bed. Embarassed
