Ooh, 'no smoke without fire' you mean? You ever thought about becoming Lord Chief Justice?

He might be guilty, he might not. They might have evidence, they might not. Plenty of people get arrested daily, some rightly, some wrongly, but we don't hear about it. Just because he's a celebrity we deserve to know?

If there is any actual evidence and he goes to court then it might be interesting but, truth be told, even then it's really only news if he's guilty of something. The way this country laps up the rise and fall of celebrity makes me retch.

What matters is whether he's charged, which largely depends on whether he's viewed a "last post wins" stylee thread, anywhere, ever.

Apparently it was two woman who were in there mid 20's when the alleged offence was committed so can't class him as a pedo

this is just another media / police smoke screen feeding the masses shit news rather than reporting real news

He'll have to hope the cops don't just stick some illegal stuff on his pc and claim it is his. I suspect it would be nearly impossible to prove they'd done that in court. And of course we know the police would never lie of fabricate evidence Laughing

sound easy to do, but very easy to prove the file didn't exist until after the cops had access to your PC Thumbs Up

Makes more sense. I'd have him down as a rapist/wife beater any day of the week. Pedo didn't seem to fit though.

system log would show the Bios clock change req to change the time stamp
also the EXIF data would need to be modified along with other info
there are many log's that would need to be altered as well to make it stick
not saying it can't be done but it's not as easy to do as you seem to perceive

try to prove he downloaded the file
and from what site or where did it originate computer forensic science is a two way street

there was a case where a guy got caught with loads of kiddie porn on his PC
turns out it was a virus from an E mail he had clicked on and had no idea the images were there
