Not trying to ruin anything, its just I purchased a NC30 with an already matt black powder coated frame and swing arm and I dont know whether it will look right with the red, white and blue scheme I want. I may have to sell the frame etc and just get a standard one.

What black line on the tank? There's a couple blue lines of different shade, do you mean the dark blue one?

OK the 'dark' line on the tank just doesn't seem to co-exist with the black frame so well to my eye.
