A mobile fish and chips van visits our village on a Friday night. Their fish isn't great, so I'm getting soss and chips.

Black pudding is mostly just blood and oatmeal. You want to throw some onions, suet, liver, heart and lungs in there. And then deep fry the hell out of it.
