Fitted a set of Dr Bike heated grips from J&S in October.

The LHS grip failed to heat this evening - and has no continuity between the pins - the element must have gone. The same grip has a hole (not done by me!) about a quarter of the way along the grip - I had initially put it down to a manufacturing defect (it wasn't present upon fitting so I assumed it was a 'bubble' in the rubber that got worn away).

Does anyone have any information as to the manufacturers of these grips? I've emailed J&S - but realistically I'd be lucky to get any joy I would think - they'll probably say "return them in the original packaging and in good condition" - they'll need cutting off and I've chucked the packaging!

Cheers

The retailer should be your first port of call. If they don't want to deal with it, they can give you the address of "Dr Bike". I'm guessing Chongqing, or possibly Jiangmen.
