Lee Vine of Lee Motorcycles has passed away, after a incident involving a bonfire at his home over the festive period, I have been a customer of lee's for 20 odd years. RIP Lee, my sincere condolances to his brother Jason and the rest of his family

It very much depends upon which body parts end up in them!

Condolences to the family.

Fair play Raffles,

Condolences OP, my posts were fairly disrespectful upon discovery of this... doesn't seem like stupidity from the guy, just a freak accident.

I heard of some bikers once chucking a huge bit of tree onto a fire at a small rally, went to topple it over, people slipped, tree trunk came back down smashed someone right on the head and killed him on the spot.
East Anglia, Norfolk way I think it was.
Wether this happened, or is just one of thos stories that do the rounds I don't know.

The article makes it seem that he is still alive the way his partner is talking about it.
Still, one of the worst ways to die. I wonder what exploded on the fire?
RIP
