I'm not 100%, but if the 'hex size' relates to the size of the socket one would use, then no, this won't do, as according to the internet, this particular spark plug is 16mm Hex Size.

Remember if you do get a spanner, not to nip the plug in too tight - wanna avoid stripping that thread!

That one won't work no.

They make a tool, a blue T spanner with a spring and socket on the end made for bikes. Most bike spark plugs are actually 18mm.
