Got up early yesterday, Kids shouting dog barking and the Mrs with the hump. Great time to go to NEC and keep out of the way. got my gear on, checked the bike and off I went.
As usual its started to rain as soon as I got to the A404 then nothing, The revs died and the bike ground to a halt. No electrics nothing.
Pissing with rain I did the usual checks and then grabbed the moby to call the AA. Shite, the bike had more leccy power than the phone.

So there I am, fed up, wet, pissed off, no one stopping and not looking forward to the walk to find a phone. Just as I started to stroll a silver sv650 went flying past, hooted and carried on. F..k you too I thought. I dont know why but I decided to just stand and wait a while and have a ciggy when I see the sv650 fly down the otherside of the carriageway. Dodgy was my first thought but continued to have ciggy number 3 when after a while the sv650 came down the road behind me and stopped.

Well guys, I can only describe it as the sexiest voice that ever came out of a Arai helmet asked me if I was OK and needed help. Did I ever, Chatted about what happened and we decided to give the bike a push start. No way was this angel gonna push with me on so she mounted "no comments" I pushed "the bike" and hey presto it started. She asked where I was going and I said home as I didnt want to chance another breakdown. She suggested I get on "the bike" quick and she would follow a while before continuing on her way. Also to the NEC.

Well to cut it short she followed me up to the next exit where I stopped and was going to say thanks etc etc but she just slowed down gave me a big wave and off she went.

I didnt even get her name so if the Angel is out there Thanks a million.

Guys,

I am a gentleman. I dont discuss such things about such a kind girl.

But yes the lid came off and she was really nice and I would have quite happily left my bike where it was and rode pillion with her all the way to the NEC and back.

Thinking back someone must have it in for me, shit bike breaks down for me in the pissing rain and when I could have done with it remaining that way the bloody thing starts up again.

dam wish that happend to me when i broke down, all i got was an old dude slow down and asked if i was ok, not that im complaining i was greatfull for another biker asking if i was ok but i guess we can't all be as lucky as you.
