Hah, awesome. I took acid properly once. Sadly I wasn't at woodstock so I didn't see any of those things. It was just like... everything was amazing, and then suddenly it was amazing again, and then I was born, and everything was amazing, and then it was amazing again, even though I knew I was just huddled under a bush with two friends on a cold December morning in Starbeck. Everything had meaning. Finally we got home at about 11am, my brother had put Spongebob Squarepants on TV and... finally I understood it.

Two hours later and I felt empty, dead, soulless, closing my eyes would lead to swirls and shapes, and still I felt somewhere, deep in my consciousness, the meaning to everything was fading.
