Apart from the emails going down every week, and no one believing that 750kbps upload split between 50 users all receiving and sending emails with up-to 10mb attachments will not cope, This is what I have to deal with!

Yep! People take the piss out of me when I tell them to turn it off/on again! But 99% it dose fix the issue.
