I find it offensive that we are not allowed to question the events of the shoa to try and find the truth. This is unique amongst historical events and I feel we should ask why this is.

I must admit that until recently i was unaware that everything i thought i knew about the Holocaust wasnt entirely true.

It was a thread on here that provoked me into digging a bit deeper - just goes to show, BCF is more educational than school.

Similar things are happening in China.

Traditionally people got their news from newspapers which are state controlled propaganda pieces. Then they got it from TV which is also state controlled propaganda.

TV and news papers can tell lies but there is no right or ability to respond, therefore there is no debate. Therefore what they say = truth apparently.

Traditionally nobody believed the governments anyway, but it was hard or just plain bad to speak out and to find like minded individuals.

Online everybody has a voice, although sometimes this is not good, al la warped. People can espouse alternative theories, when somebody cries BS!

We can cite resources or use maths and or video evidence to prove or disprove others points.

The Holocaust is one of them.

9/11 and WTC is another

Imagine if it (WTC) happened in 1993 before the internet age. Everybody would have toed the government line, nobody would have uploaded the BBC video of them annoucing the WTC had fallen over before it had fallen over. Except fot a few VHS tapes circulating around.

This is why the government wants to crack down the internet and have something akin to China. Except even in China's internet B a wholly separate network. They can't keep up with the exposure of the corruption.

They can't even do it in North Korea.

The lampshade myth occured due to it being one of the artifacts on display at Buchenwald, along with 2 shrunken heads, a human pelvis claimed used as an ashtray and samples of tattooed skin, claimed to be selected by Ilse Koch. She was referred to by the prisoners as "Die Hexe" (the Witch), mangled to "the Bitch" by the US newspapers.

Koch hadn't been at Buchenwald for some considerable time before the camp was liberated, as her husband, Commandant Karl Otto Koch had been tried and shot by the SS, after a thorough investigation by SS judge Konrad Morgen. Part of the proceedings at the trial included allegations that Koch had shot prisoners. This usually gets whitewashed away, since it doesn't quite fit the picture of presented of the camp system. Neither does the Auschwitz football field, a match in 1944 of prisoners vs guards with a guard playing on the prisoner's team, a camp theatre or swimming pool or prisoners painting pictures of Snow White on the walls for the children. Those included the children born there that weren't obviously "immediately gassed" on arrival.

I'm making this shit up, well hear some of it from the prisoners mouths themselves, from testimony buried deep in the archive of the USC Shoah Foundation Institute video archive.

thanks for your replies.I posted the question after attending a C of E discussion which was directed at getting Jewish people to accept Jesus as 'the saviour'.
The Preist (who looked normal c of e)was Jewish and was trying to encourage the part jewish audience to in effect become christians,coz u can still be Jewish and accept jesus.

back to the OP.On the book stall for this christian/jewish forum I saw this book that pretended it was a war history....but with a twist.It claimed that winning at El Alemein prevented a much bigger holocaust.I thought 'well I've no secondary education,who am I to say?'Then I thought, THIS IS BLATENT PROPOGANDA.
I would 'nt be suprised if there's loads of crazy little Israeli state sponsored pressure groups,ones that will even help you produce propoganda.

I was allowed to speak........after being deliberatly ignored .....at the very end.I was called a racist and an anti semite for saying that there's only one god,whatever religeon,we are more the same than different,and ........that the behaviour of Isreal in the last thirty years has made it dangerous for Jewish people outside of Isreal and that Isreal,and Judism,will be treated as a very suspect and hypocritical religeon because of the blatant disregard for international law,namely having weapons of mass destruction and conducting its own pogroms,with the help of christians in Lebanon.

Auchwitz was a doddle compare to other camps.Its generally overlooked that the majority of jews who were gassed were gassed with the fumes of russian tank engines and then dumped in pits,although the holocaust industry like to make out it was a clean ,typically german,well oiled work em to death machine.Notice how most of the rich jews got well out the way and notice how the 'state' of Isreal killed innocent arabs,and jews and brit soldiers in order to carve out their version of zion.You could also notice the connections between diamonds,refurbished firearms and manchester and Antwerp but thats for another day.

Dont criticise Isreal,coz it means you are anti semetic!!!!
