im after a new shock for my sv650, not ohlins, or tailor made but a shock from soething else that can be adapted to fit,

theres lots of options out there from zx10s ect some require the battery box to be trimmed some dont,

id like to know which is the easiest or most common to do.

Ask on an SV forum.

Must be plenty of second hand aftermarket shocks knocking around from minitwin racers.

Pretty sure a GSXR6 shock fits in there. Unsure what year though..

yeah theres loads that fitt its only the eye to eye so length of the shock and where the reservoir sits that really matters but some require trimming of the battery box
