Nope. You passed your tests on the old UK specific definition of an A2 test bike. It's just an unfortunate co-incidence that there's now a European wide classification of A2 test bike and A2 license. But those are completely new, and different to the old scheme.
So you have an A license with a condition on it that you can't ride anything more than 25kW (not 35kW!) and 0.16kW/kg for 2 years.
None of that has changed. You don't have an A2 license, you never had, you never will. You'll upgrade automagically after 2 years.
Just be clear on exactly what license you have (A <= 25kW) because Plod and insurers won't have a clue. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Is there a definitive list anywhere? |
Nope. Not one drawn up by the State, because there was never a need to identify 25kW test bikes.
There isn't a lot that's natively 25kW. Off the top of my head:
YBR250, CB250, CBR250R, Ninja 250, those Superdream fossils that Teffers is always on about, Honda BROS 400, Enfield Bullets. All of the Chinese branded 250/400 bikes. GPz305 is more or less 25kW - buy mine.
Really though, I'd recommend that you get a 500 twin or bigger, and an appropriately convincing piece of paper that says that it's been restricted to 25kW. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Those are the new 35kW A2 bikes. The 25kW limit is lower, but perversely lets you restrict any bike, regardless of its original power. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
