Cheltenham!

Walking home, saw a car down a side street with a DVLA clamp and sticker on the window,

Just a heads up, not sure if it gives any indication on where they will be next

It will be for no tax/insurance, they have been at it in Bristol all week.

There was a DVLA white van with what looked like a camera (ANPR?) on each corner of the roof crawling round a supermarket car park round 'ere last week.
