Two men are understood to have got out of a silver Vauxhall Vectra, smashed a window and managed to grab the keys to the red Audi S4 Quattro parked outside.
Threats were made to a neighbour who was putting the bins out and both cars were driven off at speed.

I think it's a real shame TBH...

...the driver of the Vectra survived.

I saw that earlier, and lulzing aside, it's actually pretty horrific: that poor A4 owner will have one hell of an unrecovered claim against his insurance. Sad

Hopefully some of it can be recovered from the 'estate' of the pikeys, in the form of methadone and nicked iPhones.

I actually thought this was going to be about the bike copper who got wiped out en route to a bike crash. Doh!

Excellent.

I wish something like this had happened to the scrotes on the stolen scooter we chased. I kept telling my sister to keep close, so they'd keep pushing it and eventually crash, but unfortunately they survived.

(Only to end up crashing whilst the police were looking for them later).

And 'as of yet' even the families don't wish to lay claim to them. - Police are appealing for families with missing persons to contact them to help with the ID

They must have been well singed. Wink

Just wait until they are identified though and a facefook page will be set up claiming what fantastic honourable good lads the 'really' were. Rolling Eyes

Yeah, Nick. Just like after that thief killed himself on the stolen bike into the Ship Canal last month. The Warrington Guardian was full of "He was a great lad, just mis-understood".

What? The 61 convictions were all as a result of magistrates constantly misunderstanding the little tinker?

This all looks to me like if the CPS can't do a job, then karma will step in nicely.

You can almost guarantee that they will claim that one of them was a promising young footballer.

What they actually mean is that he once played football when he was 9, but as he's never had a job or done anything else worth mentioning in his life the only non offensive way of describing him is as a promising football player.

Two thieves killed themselves in an Audi? What a shame, an Audi seats 5.

Pity about lots of destroyed property, though. Then again, this sort cannot be expected to have the decency to despatch themselves cheaply.

Brilliant news indeed, they have stopped themselves from committing further serious crimes and victimising more innocent people. I feel no sympathy at all, no decent person would.

This is what I love about BCF. Very Happy

One minute giving Krad all sorts of abuse about calling people darkys and in the next having a metaphorical street party celebrating the death of a couple of thieves who went out in a very spectacular (read painful) way.

What a weird bunch of bastards we are Thumbs Up

Not at all. Confused

There is something very 'manly' about a good bonfire. - Bonfires are a 'Man thing' Very Happy

Bonfires need to be tendered skillfully with a good specialist fire prodding stick. This is a very intricate process that can only be done with a male gene in ones body. Rolling Eyes

This is why the fire brigade took 25 minutes to get to the scene. They wanted to give the attending police lots of time to give the barbecue a good 'specialist prodding' and admire their roasting skills. Twisted Evil

I've heard of several road closures in the last few months on the A31 due to motorcycle accidents.
People just seem to swap lanes and don't look.
