I've never heard of him before I saw the video. I thought the only czech rider in UK/Irish road racing was Michal ''Indi'' Dokoupil.

He won the newcomers race at the Manx GP. Not the TT, and he didn't win the Senior at the MGP. Seems like a nice bloke, he was features on Granx Prix racers on ITV4 last week IIRC.
