Initial reports made it sound like it was an accident, now it seems like he has been charged with murder.

I'm guessing that she failed the Voight-Kampff test, then.

At least his surname isn't a portmanteau word of Pistol Glorious.

Oh wait.

So let me get this straight...a pointless clothes-horse is dead, and the after-shave whoring waste of space who killed it is going down for life? And we should give fuckage for why...?

My money is on performance enhancing drugs sending him a bit loopy. The dilema for him is, if he uses that as a defence to get a reduced sentence for murder, he loses is medals.

I reckon he'll top himself (or try) when he comes around and realizes what he's done. Having had everything on a platter, the biggest and bestest and mostest, and suddenly going from that to the forseeable future in a shitty little cell, surrounded by nutters...eek.

Especially if they take his blades away because as we all know, blades are an offensive weapon Mr. Green

South African athletics star Oscar Pistorius has denied murdering his girlfriend, saying he shot her by mistake thinking she was an intruder.

He told a packed bail hearing in Pretoria that he loved Reeva Steenkamp and had never intended to kill her.

It seems hard to imagine that he shot through a bathroom door without checking where his girlfriend was, or even calling something out. Although I suppose it is difficult to imagine what it is like in those circumstances.

He'll do 25 years, get released and then they'll make him president. That's how South Africa works.

I can imagine a scenario where what he says is true but it seems less likely than manslaughter.

If he just glanced at the bed next to him in the dark and thought he saw his missus in bed, then who knows.

The thing tilting it towards guilty (from what little we know) is that apparently they had a history of loud arguments reported by neighbours.
