125cc Jianshe-6C Oil?

Basically, I'm not sure what oil to use.

The maintenance manual says to use 15w40... That doesn't seem right, I'm not too much of a gear head, most of my technical knowledge is in electrical stuff, but some of the mechanical guys at work says this doesn't really make sense...

I am kinda doubting the maintenance manual, it is so poorly translated it only just about makes sense, was wondering your guys opinion on this?

Just use 10/40 oil should be ok
change every 1000 miles.

In my cg i used asda oil 10w40 changed every 1000 miles had no problems with it use too and from work.
