Ebay...being scammed maybe

Not sure if im worrying for nothing but i sold a ds lite on ebay this evening after putting it for a buy it now price that was reasonable.
The buyer is in ireland which is fair enough, i asked her if there was a post code in her address which there isnt which is the norm apparently. Now she sent me this "Dear blazestaffy,

I have purchased the following from you on eBay. Please send me an invoice with the total amount that I owe you.

Thank You,"
Now ive sold quite a few things on ebay and only once had to do this because it was going to japan. Surely the woman just pays me through paypal like normal without asking for an invoice crap??

Sent hundreds of things to Ireland and they don't have postcodes, the addresses always look incomplete to me but that's just the way it is. It's not that unusual for people to request invoices either even though they can pay 'automatically'. Ireland (not NI) counts as European mail so as a poster above says it costs more.

shes asking for amended postage as it will cost more because its not part of uk according to royal mail take it to post office they will tell you how much to charge her but dont send until its paid
