Yamaha SR125 Battery

Thought it would be pertinent to post this here..

What sort of battery do I need for my SR125?

I "think" it's a 12V type.

Could anyone please confirm for me ?

best thing to do, ring up your local bike shop, im sure they will help and will order it for you if you dont have any where to get it from, batteries are only like 10 pound not really worth looking around to save money.

Yes it is a 12v battery, it's £20.45 from XS PARTS.

An easy way to check your battery's voltage if you are unsure, is to have a look at one of the tail light or headlight bulbs as they often have it printed on there somewhere Thumbs Up

I nearly paid £50 in Halfords for a shiny new one....I won't be spending that much on a new battery!
