Bit confused to how come he seemed to have been offered the choice to go to the police station or decline.

The breath test was positive for alcohol, but it seems that because they didnt actually stop him while he was driving the car, all he could arrest him for was that he was lying about his identity.

As soon as he admitted who he was, he wasn't under arrest anymore, so they couldn't drag him to the station.

It was mentioned on the video about 5 ish minutes in..

Maybe the test blew negative cos it looked like he had it tucked into his cheek, I dunno if that makes any difference.

I wouldn't say he was a legend though, I'd say he was a bit of a twat.
But that might just be the accent ... Laughing
