99 Bandit 600 coil wires

Just rebuilding an old bandit and I cant remember what way around the coil wires go.

Black ends to left coil? cylinder 1+4

White to right coil? cylinder 2+3

Also do it matter if say the orange goes at the top contact or bottom contact.

Lucky you asked, you're right out
White is 1-4
Black and yellow is 2-3

Doesn't matter which wire you connect to which terminal on the coil.
