Dont suppose anyone knows what size the nut is on the front sprocket of a Hyosung XRX125D are, do you?

My toolkit goes up to 22mm and I also have metric sizes going up to 15/16 - in addition to this I also have a 23mm for special occassions, but the nut is still too large.

I have checked the service manuals but cannot find any sizes for it - just torque settings.

Anyone got any ideas?

On topic odd it's not covered by standard socket set. My lad's old Comet certainly was as I remember him having to replace the sprocket set and chain. So he'd have used my kit for that Wink

Although this is not the bike in question I would imagine it would be the same....

However... it is a Hyosung so you never quite know. Rolling Eyes

I've done a bit of Googling and it seems that the thread on the output shaft is M16.
If Hyosung have followed the rules, the socket size required should be 24mm A/F Wink

Probably 24, 24 is a useful spanner, fits cg sump too

On the note of tools, couldnt get my rear axle on the '88 off with my spanners for shit, was standing on them and everything.. Got a new set of tools, came straight off

go down to your local halfrauds/tool shop (take the bike). Ask the person that is standing around in halfords picking his nose/scratching his arse to unlock the cupboard with the shiny sockets in, say that you don't know what size you need, so ask him if he could accompany you outside the shop to go check which one fits.
