So..you know...I fell off my bike today...

FACTS:
Honda CG125..
Reg. 2004....

Damage:
Dinted chrome trim to headlight...
scraped clutch (bad)...
left bar end scuffed (bad)...

COST for parts??

Is it worth repairing them BEFORE sale?...or sell it SLIGHTLY cheaper and save agro ??

Advice..please.. Smile

I want at least £1,500.

Hi

Repairing the headlight rim might well be expensive (depends if Honda will sell the rim on its own, or if you have to buy a complete headlight). However the handlebar end and the clutch lever will be fairly cheap.

However this kind of minor damage on a learner is not unusual so should not affect the value too much. No idea of the 2nd hand value of CG125s myself though.

All the best

Keith
