I slept till 10am. Had a coffee, did a little cleaning. Then ate a banana. Am now going to do handstands against my bathroom wall, naked. Followed by pull ups and triangular push ups.

Chicken will then fill my belly, along with couscous and vegetables. With an evening playing computer games and learning more Italian. May have a wank.

That's my sunday.

Fuck yeah

I was gonna go out to the cinema (to a film including Barbra Striesand? I thought she was dead!) ... but then Anita came down with a tummy bug and is trying to turn throwing-up into an Olympic sport, so she is staying put.

So I am still in my dressing gown, unwashed, have smoked a large joint [and eaten the last-of* the broccoli and chicken broth with noodles].

Got a bit of a banging headache from standing in a room filled with strobe lighting yesterday, but some paracetamol and chocolate will soon sort that out.

Tempted to go up to the corner shop for a chocolate bar but can't bring myself to go up there in my dressing gown (unlike the rest of my neighbours)

So I am thinking about either making chocolate *or* caramel muffins

*wonders vaguely about availability of eggs or icing sugar within the boundaries of this flat*

Hmmmm ...

Might have to eat the cooking chocolate and just put a film on and then have a snooze on the sofa, if I can be bothered finding a blanket so the leather isn't too cold.

Or I might stay here and annoy you guys ...
Just another CBA Sunday Laughing Middle Finger

*last-of = leftovers = free food, see other thread.

Nothing. Shitty weather is shit and makes me not want to do anything. Probably should go over to my girlfriend's for a bit, it is her birthday, but I was with her all day yesterday and I'm feeling lazy. Good boyfriend, am I!

Got up around 10.30.
Phoned my mum, naturally.
Took the new (to me) JCW Mini out for a blast to check it out on the twisties.
Went into work to check out the machines (on call this weekend).
Ate a hotdog for lunch.
Cleaned out the Gecko's vivarium.
Bit of internettery.
Washed up the pots.
Might go out and clean a few bits on the car but it's cold out now.

Up just before noon
Not a restful night
maybe do some work or fill in tax forms
arms killing me from rock climbing and then carrying shopping yesterday
In other words: not much.

Breakfast, a nice walk round Virginia Water lake for a couple of hours, finished off a set of wedding-invitations. Probably a movie later. Nice relaxed day all in all.

Got up at 9:30 had a smoke, showered had a smoke, thought about having a coffee but had a cup-a-soup instead and a smoke, cleared a space on the floor, covered with plastic bag and dust sheet, brought old engine upstairs (well part of it anyway), pulled the crankshaft out... with bouts of abusing the internet in between

I might bring the other engine upstairs and start on that later.

Anyway the maybe's
Have a glass of cider (2 litre glass that is)
Think about cooking
Watch top gear
Play games

Then go to bed

Cycled 86 miles in the pissing cold, 50 of which directly into the wind.

Sick of winter right now. Hurry up spring.

Well I did half Jon's cycle...43 miles across the new forest for Sunday lunch at mother in law's. First time I've done more than 20miles since I fucked my knee up again. Was not fun.

After lunch I have slept through most of 'honey I blew up the kid', and played 'scrabble' on my phone with my equally bored friend. Just want to go hone now, must get back for the second part of the Africa special.
