ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

I think it's time to remove "justice" from "justice system".

For context, his previous convictions were in the 1990s, and he did receive a custodial sentence, albeit a suspended one.

So on balance I'd have to give a measured response of FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK, hang the bastard. What do you have to do to a biker in this country in order actually to be taken off the road?

Banned from driving? So what, he knew fine well it was illegal to do what he did. Why would not having a license bother him?

At least the CPS prosecuted this one, but I honestly wonder if they would have if he hadn't been apprehended and blown over the limit.

With a bit of luck someone will step out of the shadows and kick him (thomas scully) to within an inch of his life, inflicting terrible injuries and a whole world of intense pain, leaving him physically and mentally scared for the rest of his shitty little life Evil or Very Mad alledgedly!

Poor little lad will proberly give up on bikes now?

Why oh Why oh WHY was`nt he (thomas scully) given a prison sentence (custodial)

I have to say that if I had of witnessed him driving off after that, I dont think I would be responsable for my actions if I had of caught him?

The main thing these recent cases prove is that in the UK if you want to kill someone, run them over and try and flee the scene, if you're caught or lie it's no problem you've got nothing to lose. I hope his family at least disown the old cunt Middle Finger

Has been done many years ago IMHO.
The British legal system bears little to no resemblance to justice.
It is only about the solicitors, barristers, magistrates, judges, etc. just ticking the right boxes.

Justice does not get a look in. Good job she's supposed to be blind otherwise she'd be weeping at what she could see what's been done, and not done, in her name.

I'll wager a tenner he's back driving within six months. Not having a licence will do shit all to stop his car starting when he turns the key. :/

And since he's doing community service, he should be forced to accompany ambulance crews to every fatal/serious RTA and sweep up the broken glass/mangled metal with the cheapest broom possible.

It does not matter if you ride a bike, drive a car/van/ bus/lorry or any other vehicle.
You! Are a Human being, and If someone causes an accident which you are injured or killed , They should be punished .

Drunk in charge of any motor vehicle, causing an accident which someone gets hurt or killed, 10 yrs in jail.

That might just wake those inconsiderate bastards who dont give a fuck.

Mobile phones in cars?? ban them totally.
If found using one, £1000 fine, banned for a year, and lose your car, "crushed"

If i was in charge, I would soon sort every inconsiderate driver out.

One reason, my friend was killed by an old guy coming out of a junction,, dave was heading for an escape onto the other lane and the guy just kept going, took away his escape route, result, dave died.

he was so upset------------------- yes!!! about the damage to his fucking car??? while my friend died in front on him.
Police officer had to walk away as he was going to deck him.

I hope this old guy is put off the road for good.

No I dont have any time for arseholes who dont care whilst driving, the law is way too lenient in this country for some things.

Oh! aye they will prosecute you for going a few miles over the limit on your bike, see!! an easy target.

but when it comes to protect one of their own, you have no chance. like the biker who died a while ago, when a police officer pulled out in front of him, she had been on her phone, check it out

Anyway enough said . be so carefull out there guys.

Been following this story.

Absolutely ridiculous.

The man drove a vehicle drunk, and as a consequence killed someone. And that's not worthy of a jail sentence? I'd love to see what is then.

Did you read the article?

The guy didn't die. He's expected to make a full recovery.

Probably mixing it up with all the other stories, there are quite a few.

There's the one with the lesbo police officer wannabe who was on the phone, then one who said the sun was in his eyes so he didn't see the biker, both fatalities and both got away with it. Like I said, want someone dead hit them with a car and make up a nice story.

Don't forget the uninsured slag who got off because her tyres weren't all the exact same model.

I'm beginning to believe that you could run over a biker, reverse back a few times, shout "I'm glad I killed the bastard" to the assembled press, and still get off with a suspended sentence and a "never mind, they're hard to see".

Speaking from experience,

I have been done for DD many years ago and I still feel bad about it over 10+ years later.

This guy is a P I S Staker and should be sent down.

The DD courses they send you on after you have been convicted are full of hard luck stories and people that were hard done by Rolling Eyes
