If anyone has a case being handled by this firm or their subsidiary trading name of Lawyers2You, then you may not be aware yet that they have been closed down by the Solicitor Regulation Authority

Crikey, that article doesn't mince words, does it?

Am I right in thinking that the mentioned reforms are more along the lines of limiting how much firms can charge for handling low value cases?
