Just swapped my TT for this '98 Fazer. Sports bikes aren't really my thing.

Its absolutely scruffy but doesn't really need anything.. Yet, Could do with a new chain and sprockets.

Overall i am happy, the TT was a cat D and i only paid £800 for it in the first place.

Real nice, I've always had a thing for those Fazers. Always seemed a very capable bike.

Welcome to the club! Mr Yaigi and I bothhave Fazers - his is a 97 and black, mine a 2000 and red...they're really nice bikes, with the potential to still have a lot of fun Very Happy

Just had to replace the downpipes on mine, apparently that's a really common downside of Fazers, but other than that they seem farily robust. Mr Yaigi doesn't take care of his at all really and it's stood up well to the abuse Wink

EDIT: What is going on with the right hand side of it though? Is that stickers all over the tank and stuff? Is there seem green tinting on it?!

Thanks, i didnt have time to look, but i think they are aftermarket stainless, I swaped the bike, ran it down the street ect, then went to the Hospital, Now i am in the house recovering from having my toenails removed.

One thing i will have to get used to, the TT was faster in every way even with the restrictors in, haha.

I'll get some more pics up soon

EDIT: That green tinting is just camera glare

Just went out on a ride, Its by far.. The best bike i have owned.

Going to have a look at the Shock. If you ring its neck it can get pretty Lairy as the back end sags, the front end goes super light..

Also, the back brake is shit and the front squeaks like crazy.

Good bike overall Thumbs Up
