Hi, I've pulled my project DT125 LC out the shed and I'm trying to finally sort the spark. Basically, it's got a really shoddy loom that I made to try get a spark and I finally managed to get one. However it will jump about 2-3mm through the HT lead but only occasionally will go through the plug. My dad was saying it looked a bit weak and when we held it, it only really felt like one of those shock pens. After cleaning the earthing points, the spark has improved a lot. How could I make the spark go through the plug more reliably, could it be the cap. It may be the CDI or the Coil but I haven't been able to test them. Any advice would be great and I'll try get a video up later.
Cheers, Ollie. ____________________ XR 125, DT125 LC, Greeves Scottish, RS200, XS400, GPX600r
