Feels like I have broken all the bones in both feet then walking on bits of lego and broken glass at the same time. Bloody hurts. Can just about put my feet on the floor. Walking is a nightmare. I know it will pass, but boy does it hurt.

No, this is in the heel, arches of the foot, and just the soul. All joints are ok.

Sounds like the tendonitis when I have googled it, but it is the soul of the foot and the heel.

My daughters was in the soles of her feet, used to make her feet curve down, like cramping muscles in the sole, walking "stretched" and straightened them out but it was very painful, GP said rest was the only cure.

Are you hypermobile by any chance??

Sounds like plantar fasciitis. I had it over the Autumn and Christmas. It hurts like fuck! I found changing shoes helped me (I think my work shoes were shagged and that's what caused it).

Plantar fasciitis (PF) is a painful inflammatory process of the plantar fascia, the connective tissue on the sole (bottom surface) of the foot. It is often caused by overuse of the plantar fascia or arch tendon of the foot. It is a very common condition and can be difficult to treat if not looked after properly. Another common term for the affliction is "policeman's heel".[1]

That sound more like it as I have been wearing "safety boots" on a site rather than my normal army boots.
Feet have been up and pain killers taken (with a bit of Westerns). Will be back to wearing the usual boots.

Have you tried tiptoeing?

Or try tiptoe and (not sure the name of it) standing on a piece of wood and dropping your heels lower than your toes

Does sound like plantar fasciitis, I had it a couple of years ago and the best thing to do is buy insoles for your boots/trainers/shoes, and it goes away after a couple of weeks. Maybe i was just lucky
