Hi, like the title says...
I can be riding for a while and no problems at all then all of a sudden as i roll to a stop the bike just dies completely or it could happen at the start of the ride. Its only just started doing this after a year of trouble free riding.
I was thinking it might be the kickstand connection? how would i check this?
Like today i did a 20mile round trip without any cutting out but then i pull into a shop for a drink and continue my ride afterwards and then it cuts out at a roundabout.
It always fires up again straight away.
thanks.

I had a similar problem recently during the first ride out on my new bike.

I identified the source of the problem as loose battery terminals.
