If other things don`t get in my way, I wont let the cold stop me.

Well Saturday will see me driving 150 miles to pickup my new bike. So regardless of the weather I will be having an extended ride back from the South Coast just going to look for some nice routes for the way back. Dont mind the cold as long as its sunny and not too windy.

Blackbird. Should be just a tad bit different from the Varadero 125 I've been riding for the last 18 months.

Gonna remove my tank and change the spark plugs - get the restrictors out and clean up some of the wiring. Shouldn't take more than a few hours, but knowing my luck I'll be at it until next week.

I do want to get in a little riding though.

Nah. Weather is too shite.

It's not even a matter of bantering about the weather any more. This is genuinely serious f*cking business; I am bloody fed up with the weather here, it is getting absolutely ridiculous and if it had a face, I would punch it, rape it in the mouth, finish in its eyes and then rub salt in them, rips its hair and ears off, curbstomp its teeth out, and then finally give it to Johnny Wilkinson to kick off the cliffs of Dover.
I remember this time last year I was pouring water over myself to keep cool.

The weather is beyond a f*cking joke at this point.

Yes, I mad. I am so, so mad.

Did you take an arrow to the knee as well?

HAHA I'm so funny.

...I'm still mad as hell.

Weathers pretty clear so probably will go out, didn't sign up to any og the Easter egg runs as proven from last year riding pillion it was total crap, bored me senseless.

Even though weathers clear, there's still plenty of snow on the highlands so can't frequent any of my favourite routes, so guess it'll be the coast.

My car decided to fall to pieces while I was driving today. I'm in a bad mood, I do beg your pardon.

Was going to take to the road for a bit of Banditry (which is to say, riding the Bandit, not cottaging or anything Shocked ). But it's fucking snowing. It's 29 March, in the south east of England, and it's snowing. And bitterly cold Neutral

Woke up in Bournemouh to glorious sunshine. All this talk of snow feels like its coming from a different country. It's cold here, but that's never a huge problem Mr. Green

We usually get quite a few visiting bikers on the island over Easter weekend, including TT riders over for a few sighting laps. This year a large part of the course is under several feet of snow. Can't quite picture a Fireblade with a snowplough attached Laughing

Hot and sunny 30+. Booked a chalet on a remote beach in natal. About 700 km away. Last 50 km is 4x4 sand road. Cagging with kids and leaving early tomorrow. Will take pics of sun and surf, collecting mussels and cooking them on the beach, hikes trough the dunes, and braais and beer

No shop for 50 km so we must take everything in, including drinking water, bread, firewood etc.

We will be back monday night.

Hope it is a nice weekend on your island as well Mr. Green
