She probably saw the Peter's Pies chiller cabinet through the window and became crazed and distracted.

So the stupid fat bitch is blundering about in the dark, and it's someone elses fault that she fell over?

And was she too fucking stupid to switch her torch on too, or would that be the garage owner to blame as well?

Fat cunt ought to be sacked first, then investigated for insurance fraud.

Think of it from another perspective:

I thought police were issued with torches. If she was and didn't use it then it is at her own risk.

Look like a charming couple, though. Rolling Eyes

Not £50K, but she will most likely get a payoff from his insurers to avoid the cost of a court case.

Conditional Fee Agreements (No Win, No Fee) are great for genuinely injured victims, but do rather lend themselves to this kind of professional abuse.

Does she really pass the police fitness test? No wonder kids take the piss out of the police. Bloody hell, I reckon I could outrun her running backwards and I'm a smoker in my 40s.

Wouldn't have helped, she couldn't have seen her feet anyway.

Lovely couple indeed. I'm sure that if their Professional Standards Division casts an eye over them, they'll find that they're totally beyond reproach.

As Mr Vaz says, this has massive implications if a stupid fat twat cant work out whats around her?
God help anyone who calls out the plod and get`s her to attend if a terrible fight was accouring at the scene of your premises.
Villians are fighting in your premises, you did`nt invite them, she arrives and intervenes and get a slap.
She then sues you because she had to do her job and you called the plod because someone else is breaking the law?

Take it a step further? : A 999 call comes in and the plod on duty then choose wether or not they attend?
Or people start "dealing" with problems themselves because they cant afford the litigation that come with calling out a copper to do thier job.

Late at night, dark? no one arounds to witness? : I would`nt suggest for one moment that she`s trying it on to get a pay out?
I hope she "stumbles" on another kerb and falls into the path of an oncoming car

Richard Littlejohn's take on it:-
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2302069/WPC-Kelly-Jones-fit-wear-uniform-proper-copper.html

''WPC Jones is an especially appalling example of a breed of so-called public ‘servant’ who, to invert John Fitzgerald Kennedy’s famous phrase, asks not what she can do for her country but what her country can do for her. Off-duty, she’s not much of a poster girl for the police. Visibly overweight with unkempt hair, she looks less like a policewoman and more like one of those ferocious female members of the ‘travelling community’ engaged in pitched battles with Plod at illegal camps such as Dale Farm''

If I was the garage owner I'd be suing her for £55,000 for the damage her wrecking ball sized gut has done to the forecourt.... probably going to have to get the structural engineers in and everything to make sure the foundations are safe etc.

I still disagree with the whole suing culture, if it is 100% genuine then fair enough, give them a few quid.... but if it's through stupidity, ignorance, any other minor detail that can be used against then they get fuck all.... and sod all this no win, no fee shit.... you want to sue, cough up the cash first then see how many people manage to 'injure' themselves through their own ignorance

It's not limited to coppers. I know a guy who had a prospective MP visit his property uninvited to canvass votes for the upcoming election. She didn't win but a while later he got a claim for her 'injuring' herself on his property. His insurers paid her out.

MOAR of that one in the jeans and farmer shirt! She's a keeper: Nice butt, able to assemble a pike out of things she keeps around the house (an old machete) in time to stop a home invasion, nice butt.

So all those people who 'fell down the stairs' in police custody can now surely claim!

Her career in the force is likely over through piss-taking (I hope).
