Gutted? Don't be. I have cycle powa'. Legs of steel, 10 horsepower a piece. Can barely keep the front wheel down.

Fear me.

My bike's in pieces in the garage and will be for at least another week, but I've managed to borrow an old MX5 until the elves come and fix it so have had a blast around in that this morning, it's not quite the same but it'll do for now Smile

Warm? Was -4C here early this morning. My knob froze - and then hurt like buggery when it warmed up, just like your fingers do. Never known anything like it, even in the depths of midwinter, never mind a week into April Shocked

Within two hours it was 12C - surely a turnaround of 16C in 120 minutes has to be some kind of record.

Could never be without a bike. Even if I had a Chinese moped, would have to have something with two wheels and a motor.

Good luck with the cycling/wanking. Be thankful you can feel your dick Laughing

I've been waiting weeks to get back on my bike, and now it won't start.

Perfect day for it as well.

Been gloomy and cold here all day, mainly gusty winds.
So I decided to take my SV apart to wire in a relay, 12V socket, heated grips and secure a ram mount belong my ignition barrel.
Got most of it it done Rolling Eyes

Lost the seat bolt in the bike somewhere, I didn't hear it hit the tarmac but hell if I can find it. Will order a replacement.
The R&G heated grips didn't come with glue, so I'll need to buy some hairspray/superglue to complete the fit.
Then it's the case of feeding the cables through the cable ports under the tank. Trying to avoid cables crossing over each other, specially near the forks/handle bars.
Which might be difficult given the left port is really full of cables already. Sad

I had a bloody good ride yesterday, the sun was out and the temperature reached double figures Laughing Due to a hangover today I have been in no fit state to ride so I have cleaned six months of winter shite and ACF50 off my bike. Looks bloody lovely now.

Did 210 miles on the CG taking in most of North Wales in the process whilst riding behind my mate on his GSX650F with his brother as pillion.

It started out lovely and sunny in Cheshire but by the time we made it to Welshpool it had turned a bit chilly and teh winds were fairly gusty. We were keeping it slow around Whitchurch because of massive police presence on the A49 and A495 with many faster bikers having been pulled over by plod and their speed guns, the one advantage of a 125 is you're never really going fast enough to get a tug on an NSL road Laughing Twisted Evil

Made it over Dinas Mawddwy, through Dolgellau and up the A470 to Blaenau Ffestiniog via Coed y Brenin and Trawsfynydd. Had a stop at a cafe in Blaenau for some nosh and to get off the bikes for a bit, having ridden for around about 3 hours at this point. We then carried on over the Crimea Pass to Betws-y-Coed, up to Conwy and back to Crewe via Chester and the A55 (125's hate dual carriageways Evil or Very Mad )

In a ll a good day, but I can still fell the vibrations from the engine even 3 hours after I got off Laughing

Need a bigger bike ASAP (SV650 Drooling )
