Anyone got any experience with them? Any good?

I service my bike there and they seem fine and amiable to me.

They're my nearest Ducati dealership and still >100 miles away so I have little choice but to use them! Like I said, they're a nice enough bunch in the servicing department but the sales team look a right bunch of miserable twats.....like most other dealerships' sales teams.

I've been tempted on a BMW KT1600GT for touring and every time I go in I have a good look at the one they have there but not once has anyone bothered to drag their arse away from their PC and ask me about my interest. In Clarks that can be a good thing but in a bike shop it's not.

I've sat on just about every bike in the place (with up to 7 grand burning a hole in my pocket), and the sales person/s couldn't even be arsed to say hello. (That may have been because I'd arrived in my car - Cardiff is a loooooong M-way ride from Carmarthen when you're on a 125!! But I've been there since, on my bike, with the same result.)

The clothes end was a lot more helpful, but they don't keep much in stock for freakishly lanky gits with XL feet, it seems Wink

It's an online purchase I'm looking at, just wondering if they're trustworthy and their stock is honest enough to take a punt on...

They're a well-established company and I've never heard of issues with any issues with a bike sold out of any of their shops......so I'd say YES.
