Just a quick question, my point of my licence has expired in feb 2013, i was going to get the licence sent back to get them removed.

i think i cant find my counter part, if i just send off for a new one will that be fine and will my points be removed at the same time ?

or do i have to do something different because i need the points to be removed

It is my understanding that they stay on there for one year after they expire regardless so keep waiting for a bit. Even so, if you send the license back just to remove the points it costs like £20. Just wait until you change address or update your photo or something and it gets done for free.
