Saw someone earlier at the lights with what looked like dark brown caterpillar boots, only a little smarter, and they had the 'biker toe bit' as i would describe it.

Anyone have any idea what they may have been? As they looked like just the sort I'm after.

Unfortunately he was gone before I could ask.

Heh, no not those.

They were completely dark brown including the sole. Had the padded bit on the ankle part just like caterpillar boots / timberlands.

Nope, they were brown leather.

I'd have thought timerberlands or caterpillar boots, but they had the padding over the toe for gear changing.

I like those, appear to be great for going out rather than having to put full boots on, bet they work well with kevlar jeans in summer Smile
