Not relevant from a SMIDSY point of view but from an insurance point of view if you could prove you were indicating to travel round the roundabout and that twat pulled out on you then if would be a case closer.

(Not that any twonk bothers to indicate on roundabouts anymore ....)

Bit fast really. You're going to get near misses if you ride quick like that. If he was a decent driver he'd have seen you but you didn't give him that much time to see you before he began to pull out.

You knew you was riding too quick for the conditions, which is why the attitude of riding immediately after the incident was more relaxed and you changed lanes less aggressively.

Before that all riding was aggressive, heavy handed and will always land you in trouble.

Look after yourself instead of expecting strangers to do it for you.

How long do you ride? Because this attitude is going to get you killed one day, when you're gonna be old enough to get something swifter

Keep it safe mate, just slow down a bit in front of a intersection or a roundabout to give drivers around you enough time to see you. It's not worth it to be right every time. What's gonna happen next, you're gonna get a 1000cc sports bike run there three times faster and then what? Now you even can't use your brakes properly and you're barely moving, what are you gonna do then, moving 3x faster?
