I don't half struggle with gloves, never find comfy gloves which don't restrict movement.

I want gloves I can use in average weather, so need to be waterproof for the odd shower, loads of movement in them, comfy for long periods and stitch lined so the lining doesn't fall out when I remove my hands.

I've found these, but they are a little pricey, and I have had solid knuckle protectors before and don't rate them at all - https://www.infinitymotorcycles.com/product/dainese-contact-gore-tex-xtrafit-gloves/3092

Anything else to consider? Maybe something a little cheaper?

Cheers
Mike

I got some like from Triumph although they do have hard knuckles they are my Mid season gloves I always keep them in my bag when not wearing them, incase I get too hot in winter or too cold in summer or it rains.

I Can;t remember what they are called but they were £45, I've had them over a year and they are still waterproof and warm and comfy I wouldn't want to wear them through summer though too warm for me.

They look just like the Lidl ones I recently bought for £14.99, I like them alot but the lining always comes out along with my fingers. When them makes putting them back on a pain!

I've got these "Weise Pacific - Waterproof Glove" for winter:

https://www.weise-clothing.co.uk/weise_2010/images/gloves/pacific_01.jpg

and these "Weise- Trip Glove" for summer:

https://www.weise-clothing.co.uk/weise_2012/images/gloves/normal/trip_01.jpg

They've both been absolutely fantastic, although I find the summer ones much less restrictive. That said, I tried a lot of winter gloves on when I went for the Weise ones and they were one of the least bulky. Can still feel what I'm doing, mostly. Took a bit of getting used to after the summer ones but so did all my bike gear cos I hate wearing trousers and I don't do 'tight' fitting clothes Laughing

JTS gloves are lovely. I have a pair of their lobster gloves. They have to be the most supple leather I have ever had in a glove Thumbs Up

Can't go wrong with Alpinestars 365 - Click for ebay links with prices varying from £79 - £129 depending on size and colour

They do have a goretex liner on the inside and are therefore waterproof. I've used them for a good year.

Here's what I think of them

Pretty much a 3-season A* GP Pro glove. I don't wear them when it's <2deg C, but then again, I take the car when it's anything less than 5 deg C anyway!

These are similar to what I am wanting, I need to try them on to make sure I get the right size.

Thanks for other recommendations, they look a little bulky though and restrictive.

Very impressed with these indeed, bought in Feb and used in snow etc with no issues. 2 year warranty, utterly waterproof and quality feel. Just a shame the style name is Beryl!

Tried on the Alpinestars and Dainese equivalents and there didn't seem a lot in it TBH, but these felt nicer on.

I'd definitely say go to a shop and try on a load of gloves before you decide.
