Anything I said before receiving the images was speculation anyway as I wasn't sure of my location at the alleged time of the incident.

There is a section called 'Speed Enforcement' While the charges for such an examination are far from cheap I am sure I could manage 'our guy' to chat to you FOC and perhaps advise you of a few things to check that may give you a loophole.
