A guy I know caught practising wheelies it was on a very quiet road I was there about 2 hours and only 3 cars came I saw a man standing on the street looking at me on his phone so I think he called the police the bikes only a 125 so the wheelies were under 10mph but I am getting worried what will most likely happen if He gets caught?
